SMS Text Messaging Program Terms

  1. Program Name: Level 10 Funding SMS Program.
  2. Eligibility (18+): You must be at least 18 years old to opt in to and use this SMS service.
  3. Program Description: By opting in, you may receive transactional and informational text messages including appointment confirmations, reminders, and follow-ups for your free credit review. Messages are only sent to numbers that have provided consent.
  4. Cancellation: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the short code or number. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.
  5. Carrier Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  6. Rates: As always, message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.
